eitene — Multi-Tenant Restaurant SaaS

A multi-tenant SaaS platform that lets restaurants operate their own digital ordering independently — with zero commissions to aggregators. QR-based ordering and WhatsApp integration cut order processing time in half.

The Challenge

Restaurants were paying ongoing commissions to third-party ordering platforms while still processing orders manually at the counter — creating delays and errors at peak service, and surrendering both margin and customer relationships to aggregators.

Objectives

The Solution

We built l2ene as a multi-tenant SaaS: one platform, many isolated restaurant workspaces. Customers scan a QR code to order; the order flows straight into the restaurant’s dashboard and WhatsApp — no aggregator in the middle, no commission on the transaction.

What We Learned

The economics mattered more than the technology. Aggregator platforms charge restaurants a commission on every order, forever. Owning the ordering system flips that: the software pays for itself and the margin stays with the restaurant. Multi-tenancy is what makes that ownership affordable — one platform, maintained once, serving many independent operators.
