The Challenge
A booking marketplace has to solve three hard problems at once: real-time availability across thousands of independent vendors, payment flows in multiple currencies, and a single search-to-confirmation experience that hides all of that complexity from the traveler.

The Solution
We built BOOK IT as a multi-vendor marketplace engine: vendor onboarding and inventory management on one side, a unified availability and booking flow on the other, with multi-currency handling built into pricing and checkout rather than bolted on.

What We Learned
Marketplaces fail on supply-side tooling more often than demand-side polish. Travelers see the search page; the platform lives or dies on whether thousands of vendors can manage inventory without support tickets. We spent disproportionate effort on the vendor side, that is what let it scale.
