Neurix Cloud designed and developed a centralized education management platform that unified student records, attendance, examinations, finance, and communication workflows into a single system — automating the full student lifecycle for education providers in Doha.

School operations ran across disconnected tools and manual processes: attendance on paper or spreadsheets, examinations and grading handled separately, finance in another system, and no link between in-person administration and online learning. Staff duplicated records between systems, and leadership had no unified view of operations.
We built Schola as a comprehensive school management ERP: a single operational core covering the full student lifecycle, with Zoom and Google Meet integrated directly into scheduling so hybrid learning runs through the same system as attendance and assessment.

Building education systems means balancing administrative efficiency with usability. The biggest challenge was keeping complex workflows — attendance, grading, finance — intuitive for staff with very different levels of technical experience. The systems that survive in schools are the ones the least technical administrator can run without training.
